At the time of booking any amount of money for your stay is not
withdrawn from your credit card.
In case you cancel the Agreement you shall pay the penalty for the cancellation charge which will be withdrawn from the credit card , prescribed in the Article 14.
In case you have remitted to our bank account we refund the balance to your bank account after deducted the penalty charge prescribed in Article14, and remittance fee. |

Please be sure to give us the notice of your flight schedule or arrival time at least one week in advance. Your arrival flight number is very important
because it allows us to check with the airport if any delay occurs with
your flight. If a , we will be able to calculate a new appointment time
at the apartment to give you the keys.
At the time of move-in you are requested to fill the resident card and
need to get keys.
