1) What is the difference between a hotel and serviced apartment ?
Typically, serviced apartment operates on fully furnished apartment units ranging
from studio type to a larger size(two-bedroom), with kitchen, chinaware and electrical appliances like washer & dryer, dishwasher, stove with oven, micro-wave oven, refrigerator, TV and etc. Elite-inn also provides dedicated high speed Internet connection in every apartment. Leasing term at both Elite-inn is flexible for both short-term and long-term.

2) Do you have a telephone direct line ?
Yes, in every apartment unit direct telephone is available. You can call anywhere
directly from your room.

3) Do you provide baby sitter and baby cot ?
No, we do not provide baby sitter. But we could give you information on the service.
However, baby cot is available upon request.

4) Can I bring pets to stay with me ?
No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in the property.

5) How can I use your free in-room Internet ?
Every apartment unit at both Elite-inn has Internet outlet. The connection is quite easy as long as you have a computer set and Lan card.

6) 6) How far your properties from Narita international airport ?
There are two options.
@ Take a Train.
Narita Express It takes about 51 minutes from Narita to Tokyo sta.
Tokyo sta. to Elite-inn takes about 15minutes by taxi.
Keise skyliner It takes about 56 minutes from Narita to Keisei Ueno sta.
Keisei Ueno sta. to Elite-inn takes about 5 minutes by taxi.
A Take limousine Bus It takes about one hour and 30 minutes(more or less it depends on traffic) from Narita to Tokyo City Terminal in Hakozaki. From TCAT to Elite-inn it takes about 20 minutes by taxi.

7) How do I make reservation ?

8) How do you manage if the selected apartment type is not available?
If it is not available during your desired period we suggest the similar
type of apartment.

9) What do I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my on-line reservation ?
After confirm your credit card information or after confirm the bank transfer to
our bank within 3 business days, you should receive our confirmation.

10) How safe is your on-line reservation when I give away my credit card information ?
Rental Payment is made through Secure Socket Layer(SSL). The SSL encrypts
all given information not to be readable.

11) How can I cancel my reservation ?
The cancellation can be made through e-mail to eliteinn@tsunashima-bld.co.jp
or Fax to 81-3-3836-4370. In case of cancellation you shall pay the penalty for
the cancellation according to the lease agreement prescribed in the Article 14.
