Term of lease
Short term contracts are available. (One month minimum.)
Security Deposit

Company Contract
Deposit is not required to be paid except the following cases.
(1)
In case it is the first time to do business with the contractor.
(2)
In case the contractor is a corporation of foreign country.

These cases mentioned above the deposit is required to be paid equivalent to one month rent.
Rent
Stay over a month will be charged the monthly rate; Extra days prorated
by day.
The monthly rent includes the following services and is paid one month
in advance.
Tenancy of one week to less than one month shall be applied daily rates.

1.Provide the guests with information for trip, shopping and
etc.
2.Arrangement for reservation of hotel, air-tickets and etc.
3.Shopping assistant upon requests.
Every request from the guests is granted promptly and cheerfully.
